With a simple and minimal approach, we preserved the spirit and color integrity of Hagia Sophia and kept the carpet in the second place. It would be more correct to think of light and warm floor color due to the fact that the lighting and daylight do not illuminate the interior adequately.

It is essential to have directional lines, it should have a holistic and light appearance. It will offer the opportunity to be analyzed closely, remaining in the secondary plan. In other words, it will be a work that is not visible in the whole, only visible on a human scale and has a directional purpose.

On the other hand, the motifs of the lines will shed light on the period and importance of being a reference to the mosaic works that prioritize Hagia Sophia. We anticipate providing a soft whole by coloring them with mosaic pieces with the tones of the warm gray color to be used in the carpet.
